By requesting and paying for a commission from me, you, the commissioner, automatically agree to the following terms. These terms are subject to change at any time. Please direct any comments, questions, or concerns to my Twitter DM's, or my email:

I retain all rights to my work. This includes, but not limited to, the use of artwork for self-promotion, portfolio work, or as uploads in my personal galleries on DeviantART, Artstation, Twitter, etc. unless otherwise agreed upon. I can do private commissions, so if you do not want the final piece to be uploaded to any galleries, social media, or used for self-promotion, let me know beforehand.

I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against any of my terms.

All commissions will be watermarked to prevent unauthorized third-party usage.

Commissioned artworks CANNOT be used for commercial work unless discussed beforehand.

You may do as you please with the completed artwork (profile pictures, icon, avatars, wallpapers, uploading to personal galleries) as long as proper credit is given and it is NOT used for commercial use.

Most commissioned pieces may be removed permanently from my hard drive after about three (3) months. It is the commissioner's responsibility to save any original files given by myself at the time of completing the commission.

I am currently a full time student at a university, so commission completion times may fluctuate greatly depending on my schedule and classwork loads. Please be patient if you decide to commission me- your commission will get done, I promise.
